For Sergeants and Corporals on the Jun 21 Signal, this course guides soldiers on the management of organisational change.

The ITIL 4 Strategist course will build of soldier's knowledge of the ITIL framework, which will enable them to plan continuous learning and improvement within there units and beyond.
