ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
The ITIL 4 Strategist course will build of soldier's knowledge of the ITIL framework, which will enable them to plan continuous learning and improvement within there units and beyond.
Description
This course is expected to take 16 hours of self-paced study which you have 12 months to complete from date of registration. Do not register if you are unable to commit to the study, wait until you are able to do so. You can only register for one self-paced course at a time. If there is more than one self-paced course on your pathway, complete one then register for the next.
This course is designed to show ITIL students how to drive IT governance through demonstrably effective tools and best practices. They will learn to plan, review, and improve services, as well as how to oversee organizational change while interfacing with GRC. Most importantly, they will study how to utilize ITIL DPI’s best practices to enable continuous learning and improvement within an organization.
The ITIL 4 DPI module is the only ITIL Strategist module and must be taken to complete both the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) and ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) streams. By the end of this course, students will be ready to sit and successfully pass the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) exam.

ITIL 4 Foundation needs to be completed and you should be used to implementing ITIL strategies in your daily working.
