This self-paced e-Learning course will introduce soldiers to looking at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model, for the creation, delivery and continued improvement of IT products and services.
Description
This course is expected to take 24 hours of self-paced study which you have 12 months to complete from date of registration. Do not register if you are unable to commit to the study, wait until you are able to do so. You can only register for one self-paced course at a time. If there is more than one self-paced course on your pathway, complete one then register for the next.
