Description

The AgilePgM course describes a flexible and approachable system to the management of organizational change. This course will enable you to effectively manage and drive a program to achieve its goals and ensure quality.

 

At foundation level, candidates will learn:

  • The Agile Programme Management philosophy, its key definitions and principles
  • The Agile program framework, the lifecycle, and incremental delivery of capability and benefits
  • The products required to support an Agile program
  • The roles and team structures within an Agile program and stakeholder management
  • Governance structures required and how they affect a program
  • How to plan an Agile program and the MoSCoW rules
  • The management and control elements, review points and processes of an Agile program
  • Quality and configuration management on an Agile program
