Soldiers will learn key concepts through this Cloud Essentials+ course, including cloud concepts, management and technical operations, governance, risk compliance and security, as well as business principles of cloud environments.

Your Workplace Application Confirmation will be completed as required by your trade specialisation pathway. Application of this course through the Upskilling Portal will be the final stage of this course.

‘ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS)’ is an ITIL 4 module that offers a framework for managing IT in this manner. It helps ITIL practitioners create ongoing and seamless operations that create as much value as possible, not only for businesses but for end-users too

The course is for those on the STT pathways, to aid soldiers in the handling of risks within their organisatins

With over 20 hours of learning, the Resilia Cyber Resilience Foundation course is for those on the STT(I) and STT(P) pathways, helping soldiers learn core concepts of a cyber resilient system within an organisation

Information Management and Information Exploitation is becoming more and more relevant in the modern military, as tech becomes more prevalent. This course teaches soldiers the basics of both, in order to build on skills for the future.

This combined course, including both A+ modules, will introduce soldiers to one of the more common IT programmes globally. The course has no prerequisites, and is an official CompTIA programme. The course, as an optional one for your pathway, is through LinkedIn Learning

CompTIA Network+ will help soldiers understand IT infrastructure, with the course covering troubleshooting, configuring, and managing networks. This optional LinkedIn Learning course is to help soldiers brush up on knowledge, if desired.
