‘ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS)’ is an ITIL 4 module that offers a framework for managing IT in this manner. It helps ITIL practitioners create ongoing and seamless operations that create as much value as possible, not only for businesses but for end-users too

Description

This course is expected to take 16 hours of self-paced study which you have 12 months to complete from date of registration. Do not register if you are unable to commit to the study, wait until you are able to do so. You can only register for one self-paced course at a time. If there is more than one self-paced course on your pathway, complete one then register for the next.

 

This course is all about teaching ITIL students how to view and manage IT operations as holistic entities. Learners will study how to build, test, and deliver value streams in a process featuring continual iteration and feedback loops. They will also learn how to integrate multiple value streams under a single umbrella, as well as how to assess and improve service performance. The ITIL 4 CDS module is part of the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) stream. By the end of the course, students will be fully prepared to sit and pass the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) exam.
