When signing up to your upskilling through the #Caduceus site, you have to read and acknowledge the below MoD Learner Agreement.


Note: This portal is for Soldiers in the Royal Signals and Queen's Gurkha Signals who are a part of the #Caduceus Upskilling programme. Disciplinary action may be taken against anyone not sanctioned if you sign up for any courses on this site.

  1. I will be attending the courses specified in the upskilling pathway Learning Management System (LMS).

  2. All information provided by me is to the best of my knowledge complete, true and correct in every detail.

  3. I will provide my @armymail address, and second personal email.

  4. I have permission from my Chain of Command / Line Management to undertake Upskilling training.

  5. My Chain of Command / Line Management will release me to attend the course and allocate dedicated training time (for training provision at physical locations and/or online) to support me through the course and accreditation process.

  6. I have been briefed on and have been given access to the Royal Signals Information Note providing direction and guidance on upskilling pathway management, remedial training and disciplinary policy.

  7. I will produce evidence of my identity and proof of current role / employment to the training provider/examining body accordingly.

  8. I consent to the processing of my personal data within the LMS which I have read and understood. I am aware that I have the right to access, redress and correct any data held on me.

  9. I have been given CADUCEUS contact details and I agree I will maintain contact with CADUCEUS-Training and the training provider as required.

  10. I will declare any certified learning difficulties (SpLDs) to the training provider before the course start date.

  11. I will inform my CoC, the Training Provider and CADUCEUS-training if I can no longer attend the course as soon as I am aware and within two weeks of course commencing. I am also aware that administrative and disciplinary action may be taken if I withdraw from a course or fail to attend without unjust reason.

  12. I will study all learning content provided and utilise practice exam and learning support resources available.

  13. I will complete 100% of the training and all formative and summative assessments.

  14. I can attempt the industry certification exams (Comptia, Axelos ITIL etc) through CADUCEUS-Training and will inform them of exam outcomes.

  15. I will allow the training provider, the CoC and CADUCEUS access to my exam results.

  16. I will complete all course validation process and user feed-back surveys.

  17. I acknowledge that a course attendance and performance report (for training provision at physical locations and/or online) may be sent to my Line Manager/Chain of Command on completion of the course.

  18. I acknowledge I will only be issued with one exam voucher per certification attempt. subsequent attempts for certification will be at own expense.

  19. I will not copy or plagiarise work and will fulfil my duties as a student completing all my training within the time allocated to me.
